The Firm, NTV7 : Finally, the REAL Boss Show His Face....
Positive - He is very energetic and many ideas and initiative...(Official website - ATCEN Group of Companies – Founder and CEO (Includes companies ATCEN Sdn. Bhd., ATCEN Communications Sdn. Bhd., Training Touch, and outLOUD Studios Sdn. Bhd.) AND HE IS 34
Negative - He is sometime too pushy....but at the end..the job is done...;)
At this episode...... I'm suprise that Ernie take a back seat.....maybe because the join team, he want to observe first who are his competitor..... and he also attack Keng Teck in the Board Room.....shows he know Keng Teck should be eliminated first because he is strong contender compared to Carmen.....hehheheh...

Positive - He is very energetic and ambition and do not afraid to expose himself to get the job done..and he also 34 years old.. lots of experiences.. Negative - Too pushy at one time...make Joel and Ernie want to eliminate him fast..and the boss also sees this and Keng Teck got his warning...to be communicate better with his colleague......
In this episode......He shows his ability and style.....and because others takes a BACK SEAT...it exposed Keng Teck to attack from everybody......luckily CARMEN memang patut kena buang and buat silap......

Negative - She only 24 years old...and other three show more leadership......and she already QUIT ONCE....so, it gives her DISADVANTAGE......pasal nanti...others akan kata......"DIA TAKDA KETAHANAN DIRI KALAU JADI SITUASI YANG SAMA DALAM EPISODE BURGER KING"...

Summary....
1) Joel and Ernie take combination to eliminate Keng Teck because they know he is a serious contender and a good one....so, better eliminate the great one first....
2) Ernie takes a back seat today....and it certainly expose Keng Teck to the extreme...
3) Carmen got her termination...
4) My PREDICTION.....
Anrie - Will be eliminated.. because she already quits once....and maybe can do it again..
Keng Teck - Do not mix well with other team member...can be a good leader..eliminated.
Joel - Great..lots of potential..can be Apprentice for the future for any great company....eliminated because he is young..
Ernie...The winner because Joel is too young for the job.....hehheheheheheh.....
Great competition between JOEL AND ERNIE.....

-Company nak berikan jawatan PALING PENTING or not so important...
If important....Ernie....if not....Joel...
-If the contestant want to work 1 year with Tune Money......some selective of their employer and prospect......maybe if he / she do not want to work there...he / she will quit or make bad to be terminated.....

Below is my short comments on The Firm NTV7 last Sunday...9 PM..
1) Note that I only watch the beginning and the last part because my wife want to watch 'RAKSASA' in TV3.....
2) Question No 1: Why Team Keng Teck and Carmen choose Anrie?
a) She the only one that looks great and beautiful?
by the way..keng teck..can i ask you a question?
When the task was done compared to the aired episode?
Meaning that? The Intel episode....was the recording done 1 week before the aired show or 1 month or 2 months???
Because if the show is only 1 week gap..so,you all certainly watch the previous episode before came to the next task?
